Our General Manager has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Cum-Laude from PUCMM, Santo Domingo; a MSc in Transport and Infrastructure Management with Merit in the United Kingdom; and a master’s degree in Smart Infrastructures: Smart Cities certified by the Universidad Internacional Isabel I de Castilla in Spain.
